 解决办法如下：

1、在运行里输入reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\

Explorer\StuckRects2 /v Settings /f

2、然后按下“确定”，重新启动计算机就好了。
